Blogmas Day 20

Every year around the holidays my mom makes peanut butter butterscotch candy. My absolute favorite! I made them last night for my husband's faculty Christmas lunch, so I thought I would share. Super easy with only 3 ingredients.

What you will need:
Butterscotch chips
Peanut butter
Cornflakes

Melt 2 bags of butterscotch chips with 1/2 cup of peanut butter in large pot.

Add in 6 or 7 cups of cornflakes.(I used 7)

Spoon out onto wax paper or aluminum foil.

Let completely cool, and put in your favorite christmas tin or bowl :)
